I am an integrative therapeutic counsellor, meaning I work with a range of theories, adapting my approach to meet your needs in the moment. I work with both adults and teenagers, and am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
Through working together, I will hold a safe space for you to explore whatever it is that is troubling you, it is your time and your space.
Our sessions will help you discover ways to change negative patterns and behaviours and enable you to move forwards.

Within this system, I have worked with people experiencing chronic illness and pain, including long covid.
